Yes, it’s okay to miss a members’ call if you have something else going on that week. We expect a few members to miss each meeting. But we expect you to operate with respect and show up to support your fellow members even if you don’t have a pressing matter to discuss. If you only show up to take value out of the community or you miss more than 3 months in a row, the community hosts may remove you from the community.
Yes. All our members’ calls are moderated by one of our Mantor trained community facilitators to ensure no one person dominates the conversation and that everyone gets value out of it.
We use Stripe to collect credit card payments. For your own and for our team’s convenience, stripe automatically bills you the Mantor subscription due each month. We do not accept other methods of payment. You can cancel any time for any reason by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You can cancel your subscription by writing to us on email@example.com.
Just let us know by writing to us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your community intake date if you are not overjoyed with your experience.
Our experts tend to be mental health professionals such as mindfulness practitioners therapists, psychologists, counsellors, credible self-growth individuals, or men that are speaking from their personal experience, have been there and done that - who can give you perspective on specific issues related to men, be it fatherhood, handling loneliness, life after separation, dealing with stress, anxiety, anger management, expectations of men in our society and more. If you’d like us to bring in any experts specifically, you can write to us on email@example.com and let us know. While we can't guarantee it, we will definitely try to bring them.
Definitely not. While we try to create a safe space where our members that are going through certain issues can share without any judgement, many members join our calls and the community simply to get things of their chest, meet men is similar life situations and enjoy a light-hearted “men’s space” of camaraderie and like minds. There is often laughter in our calls and genuine friendships within the community. Members can attend calls and webinars if they feel drawn to, or not.
The Mantor community has many valuable members including some men who do not identify themselves as heterosexual men. The team and our members don’t often actually know or even ask this question because it simply doesn’t matter. All people that identify themselves as male would draw value from our community and calls and feel that it is safe, welcoming and inclusive, where everyone has the opportunity to feel comfortable to be themselves.
Mantor has no religious affiliation or bias. Men from all religions are welcome in the community as long as they are respectful to others in the community.
